It makes it SUPER inconvenient to anyone who doesn't want to be in the pvp lobby's notoriously salty chat while they wait. Or if we character swap to a character in pve that doesn't have all of the unlocks for elites yet but is already running a specific pvp build. It's separating out the game even more.
