Why not have "Ranchers Vs Bandits" as a category?

As I was involved in a minor event in Queensdale, a high level onlooker riding they're customized Skyscale perched on top of the rancher's "homestead" commented, "poor bandits".(I guess they were being sympathetic to the bandits raiding the ranch).

I suggested in open chat, "Why don't you go see if you can help them. I'm sure they'll welcome you".(Of course being PVE, you know how that encounter would end up).

It got me thinking of all the PVP and WvW things going on and it occured to me that something like this doesn't seem to exist here.

So, why don't we have something like this for those who love PVP?
