I spent more than 200 golds to finish the collection, I unlocked the sunspear skins but the collection did not complete.I have the screenshots.https://imgur.com/a/EaKWe

It's not the skins you need to unlock, it's the named exotics that you need to soul or account bind. E.g. sunspear cutlass will not unlock it, but Libeth's truthteller will, even though they share the same skin.

There also seems to be a bug where if you mystic forge the approptiate item without binding it first, it will not unlock the collection either because that action only unlocks skins.

They won't respond any sooner because you posted on the forums. Wait for them to reply via email.

I bought the correct weapons from TP, but when i used at MF unlocked with another names...

I'll wait, some day Anet replies, with me it never took more than 3 days to respond, apparently many PoF bug to solve.
