So when running PingPlotter on the IP 184.108.40.206, it comes up stating that
ae-2-3202.ear2.Paris1.Level3.net ( 220.127.116.11 ) is coming up with an 86% packet loss.
It's been like this for almost a week now.
Constantly seeing these messages.
