Trails are not showing up for POI/HP/Waypoints

Just recently came back, and on a new character, as well as old ones. I have the up to dat TacO in my fresh shiny new folder, and those once beautiful maps trails that we all love to follow, well..... they are nowhere to be seen. Things like Chests, and Jump Puzzle icons are there, but that is about it. I have used TacO in the past, and have deleted the old folder, prior to unzipping the new set of files. I am playing in Windowed Mode, as I shouldn't be able to see the other location type icons. Any idea what is wrong?
