Instant Dishonour - Queue Button won't work

I tried to join pvp, clicked the join ranked button then got instant 2 minutes of dishonour and no pop up for match start. So I waited for this to clear then tried to click ranked button again but it wont click. It's fully lit up like I should be able to click it but nothing is happening when I do

I've also noticed for me that when I que for pvp, without anything popping if i click leave it asks if i want to leave pvp area instead of the que and only lets me leave que outside of pvp
