Mantras need to be redesigned

The whole concept of mantras as being skills that are channeled when not threatened, then cast instantly while in the middle of other skill animations is problematic. The game already has issues with skill-stacking which is one reason a lot of people quit the game. I propose this change: Mantras are now utilities which have the same channel/animation as before, except that during the channel some minor effect is happening, then when it finishes there is very major effect. There are no longer charges that can be insta-cast after the fact. Maybe the mantra trait can cause the skills to apply stab at the start of channeling.

Something like this would be great. There is nothing like finally locking down a FB just to have them fart a bunch of blinds on you and agies on themselves while stunned/knocked down. It would actually require mantra's to have some skilled play around them.
