Shadow in the Ice - character vocals volume off

It seems the directional sound is off in the new episode. NPCs right in front of the player character can barely be heard, NPCs off to the side alter volume greatly by small swings of the camera. I run a stereo setup on my computer, so unsure if this is true for surround sound or if this is an isolated issue to my machine.

EDIT: might be a Realtek Driver Issue on my side, will investigate once I am back home. Bit amazed since I have not had this issue in game yet.

EDIT2: issue was resolved for me by going back to an older driver. Seems win10 has its very own idea of which driver to use, which actually causes issues.
