KODA BE PRAISED ACHIEVEMENT

I have all the Trials except "PLANT BANNERS TO CHALLENGE THE SVANIR iI need it not only for the achievement but for the Mastery Point to finish training Essence of the Valor Tier 3. Is Plant Banners to Challenge the Svanir BUGGED or what..... if it is NOT bugged can someone tell me how to get it and where???

That topic does not address that the event itself hardly ever spawns, and when it does there are sometimes not enough enemies to even get the achievement.

I really hope Anet fixes this for everyone on the map is complaining about this 1 achievement. It would be horrible to not get it to finish off the tier. Although I do hear some people got it but it was a fluke.

Just tried 3 times in a row - stomp on essences, complete trial, blow horn to call out boss, defeat boss.

No achievement.
