Deflecting shot has finally received the buff we've been asking for... for years

Overall, I think LB will be completely unusable. Deflection shot will be obsolete. TS does less damage with 8 sec CD. LB 5 no damage on anything but the last hit, which also does less damage. AA currently hits for like 800 it will probably hit for like 500. You need like a minute to kill a stationary target lol.

how can you call that a buff honestly?Not only the skill is harder to hit, but also a higher cooldown, slower projectile rate and guess what its still useless!

  1. Longbow is only used in pvp
  2. We always took Heavy light trait anyway
  3. Now the skill is nerfed and the trait is nerfed.

Honestly... im so disappointed.

I for one am super hyped about this change. Also to those of you complaining about long cds and lowered damage like thats just a thing cal and co are trying to implement all round for all classes. Every class is getting reduced power and heal scaling. In the context of the new upcoming changes I think it makes a lot of sense.

DH will be useless, though. DH can only hit hard if it lands the whole trap-bounce combo, and that requires you to crit. And your crits will hit much less w/o Rune of DH compared to Lynx (which is a must for the mobility).

Traps are a bait. Going full-on trap mode is attractive in the eyes of new DH players, but this isn't fractal mode. You want consistent damage output that can't be dodged with a simple break and roll.

This on top of increased cast time. The hitbox is already so narrow that hitting a moving, aware target is anything but easy outside instant melee range.
