The last chance - fight bugged

I can't find any information on this issue and am super frustrated, but me and a friend were doing Living world season 3.6, on the mission "The last chance"

during the fight with Lazurus, I assume we are supposed to break the defiance bar of the Eye of Janthir... only problem is, the eye was completely unbreakable. The bar was that black unbreakable bar, and nothing we did was changing that, the fight was unprogressable.

We're we doing something wrong? or is this a bug?

we restarted the fight (fearing we would have to do the entire mission over again) but thankfully there was a checkpoint just before the fight and it went smoothly. That unbreakable defiance bar was definitely a bug.

I'm having this issue at the moment, the breakbar on the eye is not moving no matter how many rocks I throw at it. It just looks locked ??

** exited and restarted seemed to fix it ( luckily it only put you outside the final room for the fight.

Having this bug too, Eye of Janthir defiance bar is broken and wont reload, so cant be broken again.

Replaying from checkpoint didnt resolve it.
