The glyph on it said : "33% chance to complete gathering instantly". However, this did not turn out to be true (at least from what I understood from the description). I tried the tool and the glyph only triggered every 20th tree or so. I thought the glyph was supposed to trigger for every 3rd tree approxomately but nope. 33% is 1/3 chance right? Is this a bug or?
