Everybody hits like a wet sponge now. Except maybe weavers.

Prot holo is still good, confirmed.

Core engi... is still not good. It's in better shape than it was, but that's not saying much. Gave condi engi and core power engi a try, and they did ok-ish.

Haven't the heart to try scrapper yet. I'm bad at scrapper theorycrafting

Aim-assisted rocket fires dummy rockets that are very likely to miss. No tracking on them whatsoever. Not a good trait in PvP.

The new explosives line looks pretty good. Need more work on Firearms.

Not sure which Crystal Configuration to use on Holo now.

I like explosive entrance (and the perks that buff it)

AED is BALLING now

Firebrand and mirage are still quite spammy

  • Blast Shield: Barrier very weak.

  • Big Boomer: Heal very weak.I tested both with 1300+ Healing Power, and got:~ 590 Barrier.~172 HPS.

  • CC Eclipse: Grants good amount of Barrier, but doesn't compensate te Stability loss.The "Blue Lord" and his minions on sPvP area for example, do not recognize the Barrier (9000 Barrier upon hit 5 targets) and trucidate the Holo.

  • Big Oil Bomb: Too long cast time and fuse time for 0 damage and 450 Launch...

  • Prime Light Bean: Too long cast time to 0 damage and 240 Launch...Both are very telegraphed and hard to hit... The fuse time and cast time could be decreased a lot.

  • Bomb Kit: I expected that also short fuse time become base on bomb skills... Could help a lot the Core Engineer.

  • Hard Light Arena: Only 2 extra second for over 50% heat level... The CD could be 24 seconds, not 30.

Scrapper was buffed. Ok!Core was buffed a bit. Stills weak.Holo...

well they didnt nerf kits so in hindsight its still a buff considering everyone else got nerfed too. nades with explosions are fun now.no idea about scrapper. never wanted to play that thing.

holo .. eeeh . with condis flying all over the place and power dmg hitting like wet noodle and everyone running bunker + 0 stab to be found its very underwhelming atm . only had any luck getting it to work as fullzerk with rocketboots and aed or running PROT holo (which is refuse to play. not gonna join in on this bunkermeta)

You have to be >450 range to see it. I tried using it with a modified drunk scrapper build (rifle), and it was just wildly inaccurate.

IMO the rockets work perfectly. The problem you guys are seeing is, when the rocket is launched the target's location is calculated with its current location + current velocity. So if the target is moving while being hit and a rocket is procced, the rockets are easily avoided, especially with max range.

Toolkit got all skills cd nerfed due to power wrench and the flamethrower got all burns nerfed by proxy

No, its not buffed no matter how you look at it. Again, only explosives got buffed (well changed). All other core traitlines see nerfs across the board.

ye missed the 33% to 20% cd reduction for toolkit. still u seem to be forgetting that everyone got nerfed this patch, its not just engi. yet no nerf to engi kits dmg numbers, which essentially = a buff by proxy .

edit: just to get my point even more across, stab got removed big time across the board, yet i only know juggernaut FT engi to be the only one having acces to perma stab(another huge buff)

To say that it was buffed is still wrong even if it's in a better place compared to other classes due to their nerfs.

Which makes them unreliable in PvP.
