Created a new Character Just for the Tutorial

I don't mind the initial boost of new APs for new players. It seems most of the achievements don't give APs right away, but instead after a larger set is completed.

Am I missing the greater point of what will help players later in the game?I was hoping for more of a "How to..." showing players how their skills stack, conditions, boons, not just how to eat food, but how to make the best of it, and most importantly how to manage their CC skills.

I'm holding off on the long term impact of this massive patch for a few weeks.

Anyway, this will give me something to work through for a few weeks.
