Date/Time: 25Feb2020 9pm PSTMap: Dragonbrand Desert BorderlandsCharacter: Khisanth Draketooth, lvl 80 Charr Herald.Description: Tooltip in game and patchnotes note that Chaotic Release cooldown should now be 35s, but when the ability is cast, it is actually still 45s.

It is unlikely this is the only ability unchanged by the patch, so please take some time to confirm that abilities actually do what the tooltip states they should do. Should I notice others, I will make a new thread.
