Can you stunlock the meta PVP core necro?

Yes.

Yu wanna run Chrono actually.Chrono with Shield, Gravity Well, Powerlock can put out enough CC that a Necro is basically baby useless the moment they turn their Shroud on.

Best part is Tides of time blocks projectiles, so they have like, 0 chance to counter attack with Shroud autos or Dark Path, essentially killing their only way of getting into yur range and starting their whole Core Necro terror.

Bonus points if yu actually manage to poop out a few clones to use CS before the CC lock and yu can continue locking them until they start crying about their lack of stability on forums.
