Quip collection bugged?

For a while now i have been wanting to do the first tier collection for the legendary weapon Quip, but i am stuck. This is because i cannot get the 'laugh at the orgres of deagun shun'' achievement. I waited for the appropriate event to appear, and laughed at every ogre available, but the collectiona achievement simply refuses to unlock, even if i switch maps or characters. Does anyone else have this issue?

Did you try it when the event was not active? Try it with the character that started the collection?

I have tried it when it was not active as well, didnt work :(and im afraid i cant do it with the character i started it with since i deleted that one ages ago..

EDIT:I finally managed to solve it..i had to laugh at them when they asked for me to help them, not during the event @__@
