Dye or change fabric of underclothes/swimwear

It'd be nice if we could dye our underclothes/swimwear. With the festival we get the changing hut but it's the same bland underclothing. It'd be nice if we could dye it or change the fabric style with a basic fabric swatch selector.

We used to be able to do that through the town clothes if i remember correctly. Like one of the dye channels on town clothes would dye your underwear. They removed it with the town clothes, sadly.

You may be right. SWTOR (Star Wars: The Old Republic, for those in the audience who don't know) includes a dyeable armour set that looks like the "no armour" undies.

Rattataki characters have near-white skin, especially the females, and the list of dye modules includes white/white, and that permits this effect:

Up close like this, it's obvious she's wearing actual underwear, but at a distance, it's not so clear.

well dyeable under clothes can be done and the fix to the potential problem is pretty easy IMO. A few preset colors for the clothes to help keep from the nude look being done. maybe a very noticeable black outline ?

An alternative to dyeable underwear (since many fear it might be abused) would be to have different sets of underwear to choose from. There even was a suggestion thread for those a year ago, with some fan art of underwear and swim suits.

Agreed.

With the changing hut in the festival though, I wish we could have actual swimsuits rather than just the underwear. With Sylvari (and also Charr I think) I'm pretty sure the changing hut said something about changing into a swimsuit but the Sylvari comes out in their underwear/nude plant tjat doesn't look anything like a swimsuit and rather just.....naked plant person :/. But the Sylvari by the beach at the dance party are wearing bathing suits which I wish were an option instead of full on nude.
