Tinker.6924 Posted August 12, 2019 Share Posted August 12, 2019 With monsters that have a defiance bar, when you fear that monster you do damage to the defiance bar but since the monster isn't actually feared are fear-based procs/effects/traits ignored and do nothing?What about when the defiance bar is regenerating? Dadnir.5038 Posted August 12, 2019 Share Posted August 12, 2019 Fear is a condition, bosses aren't CCed but the condition is applied just like cripple or chill. So all procs/effects/traits works. Tinker.6924 Posted August 12, 2019 Author Share Posted August 12, 2019 Basically as long as I can see the teeny, tiny, itty, bitty Fear condition icon appear below the monster's health bar, the procs can occur from it.
