Time to start this debate

WoW was not my thing for style and presentation. Otherwise by the formats of increasing the level to endgame content Mabinogi and Black Desert held my attention much better.

At the moment I'm most enticed by GW2's presentation and direction. Rather than increasing how high you can climb/have to climb for combat effectiveness, you reach it soon and just have more variety to go down with it and train towards, so you don't have to raise standards to survive the game as much as you have to find standards and can usually get away with doing your own thing in very numerous constructive ways that people are still discovering. Then there's things you get to look for to do and enjoy.

I can't speak for WoW's directions and changes much for someone who's not really played it, but I still want to get into GW1 properly sometime with someone.
