In the future, Guild Wars 2 can use long-range weapons on flying mounts?

If using a weapon skill on a flying mount, 10 skill positions are not enough. If the game is always 10 skills, is it destined to never have an air battle?

In LS 3.1 you have air to ground attacks while gliding (as 3.1 was before mounts)

This thread seems to based on the fact that 10 skills arent enough.

According to what metrics? For areal combat we only need an attack, maybe a special attack and a heal. Thats 3 skills.

Look, I get it, I liked Aion too. I doubt any of the people here even remember Descent, and that was one of my favorite games of all time. But aerial combat is just not viable in this genre. Heck, they never even got underwater combat working right (according to some people), and that's about as close as you're going to get.
