Crystalight.2687
I have a friend or 2 who might buy the game but I want to be sure we all are on the same server. How can I figure out what server I play on? Thanks everybody
Just a flesh wound.3589
Go to Guild Wars 2 Leaderboards and log in. Choose either NA or Eu, depending where you are. Go to Achievements. Your account name should be at the top with the server name on far right. If it doesn’t show up go back a step and choose the other NA/Eu region. Xanadrine.4352
You can also see it on the character screen, left side at the bottom i think before you log into a character.
Strider Pj.2193
And honestly, unless you plan to WvW it is of minimal consequence.
DoRi Silvia.4159
The game has become a megaserver so unless you guys play WvW, you will be able to meet your friends anywhere anytime! On the character log-in screen you can also find under your character details the server you are on
windbliss.3158
Hi,The only time your world matters is when you wish to participate in World vs. World. But if you're inclined as to wanting to know what world you're in, your World is found in the Character screen at the bottom-most detail. And if you feel like you want to pick up on WvW but don't desire the world your account's on, hit World Selection and you can either guest (free) or transfer (gems, depending on how occupied the server is).But if PvE is all you're caring about, then the world you've chosen basically doesn't matter. Dayra.7405
NA vs EU is still important for mega-server PvE
