Russian community in guild wars 2.

Recommended Posts

Good evening friends.GW2 is a multinational game. And in this game there are people speaking Russian. Recently, there have been more Russian-speaking players due to the promotion of the game through social networks and YouTube. There are a lot of streamers and youtuber in ru-piment. But alas, the Russian language is only in the store on the site and in payment by credit card in the game.A huge request, consider the option of adding Russian letters in the chat and in the future think about the Russian translation.

At the moment, this is the best MMO game on the market in terms of game content. Everything is relative, and looking at other buy-and-win games, GW2 simply has no equal, thank you so much.

Thank you in advance for your answers. Greetings from Belarus, Minsk <3

As Inc has pointed out, this has been brought a few times before and met with the same response I'm afraid.Likely it is just not cost effective in relation to the size of market it will be relevant to and utilising a third party translation could be abused and open up a can of worms they would rather avoid.Hopefully it won't affect your continuing enjoyment of the game too much.

And that's quite odd, considering the game already supports the Cyrillic letters, since you can type them in the Trading Post search bar with no issues, and they are even integrated into the Trading Post UI partially. Would have been nice to see them integrated into the chat as well, even without the text clouds appearing over the characters' heads.

You know they would have to add more staff that can read cyrillic letters for the support work thats bound to spring up becouse of it right?
