If you really have problems, use a VPN. If they are attacking your IP, they won't be able to trace you. Also, its much more likely you're getting DoSed than DDoSed as DDoS requires multiple machines.No one notices high ping when rotating across the map because you can't tell unless you're using skills. You only remember when you're in a fight and get screwed by lag. That doesn't mean it doesn't happen, it means you dont pay attention when it does.
