Virdo.1540 Posted September 15, 2019 Share Posted September 15, 2019 I dont know where its coming from but every single skill i use gets put on cooldown in some pvp matches. Doesnt matter if its a weapon skill, a book skill (firebrand) ,the book itself or even a Mantra charge. Everything gets put to 20sek-full cooldown without activation. Where is that coming from?
