Heal - *or* - Boon Warrior?

The changes to the tactics line look promising.

So here's the challenge. Raid support, running banners... Does the new tactics line help us become full healers? Or boon bots?

Ill be posting the build I'm toying with. But I'm curious, did tactics add anything to support warrior? Personally I love the changes to warhorn. I've never wanted to use it before.

Is heal warrior viable? Or is it only decent on high condi pressure fights? I'm curious about how everyone is playing with the new tactics line for raid support?

Well, most of the healing will come from condi clearing and shouts, so in high condi fights that will help greatly, less so otherwise as you are speculating. A single PS warrior will not be able to put out the amount of might as a Druid, but two probably could, especially with Forceful Greatsword. The problem there though is that Druid provides all the might that is needed and heals, where as a Tactics warrior is either or unless there is high condi pressure to fuel heals from Shrug It Off.

Now if a Druid isn't available, then sure rock Phalanx Strength and Shrug it Off with a banner, For Great Justice, Shake it Off, and a warhorn. You'll be better as a one of a pair of such warriors though. The question then though is do two such warriors provide together more dps might and heals than a druid and power banner slave pair?
