I hit the Choya Pinata in Amnoon with a 9K phase smash and a Staff Ele in Blue BL went insta-downed. This really needs to be addressed.

One time I cast phase smash in the swc wall hole when players were coming out and they all started on fire and died.

Well scourge's issue has always been it's area denial. The thing is that the core necromancer is already one of the best at area denial, between staff and the utilities a core necromancer can already pack it's bar almost full of it. Adding shades on top of that was just increasing area denial by 50%. That's pure powercreep that goes beyond balance, nothing more nothing less.

It was obvious from the start that epsecs were going to be power creep

Half the reason we aren't probably going to get another in the near future is because they have absolutely no idea how to introduce a new one and make it desirable without completely imploding a game that's already at the breaking point in many areas

Can you imagine the absolute shit show that would arise from a third wave that was even better than the PoF specs?

or inter classes skills probably as next after hybrid. like the event we had.

@Substance E.4852 said:It was obvious from the start that epsecs were going to be power creepUnfortunatelly, its not only power creep in terms of "Necro gets more powerful AoE", "FB gets more boon spam" etc. They already merged the class-specific identities to a point where e.g . a SlB does not only have power-crept long-long-range damage but also sustain + huge melee damage + mobility + stealth + pet + boon spam. So, the next Exp would give Warrior stealth and blinks I guess xD
