Lucent motes ?!

what can i do with these ? i have tons and idk if i should just vendor them or sell on tp. Tp prices are almost same as vendor so it seems pointless ¯_(ツ)_/¯are there any other options that i can profit off of?

They're used to make runes and sigils. If you've got to level 25 or higher in any crafting disipline except chef you can refine them into piles of lucent crystal which allows you to store a lot more (because it takes 10 motes to make 1 pile of crystal, and the material storage can hold 250 of either) and then you'll have them ready if you ever want to make runes or sigils.

Alternatively just sell them, you can always buy more if/when you need them. They're extremely common so it's unlikely they'll jump up in price any time soon, at least not to the point where it's prohibitive to buy them.

I filled up my storage with motes and the refined crystals and now mainly merch them.

There are a handful of runes and sigils that are cost effective to craft, and some are profitable to craft and sell, but the margins are generally small (10%-ish). As the market sits now, you save 11 silver by crafting a sup force sigil instead of buying it, but that's only a 3% savings and assumes that you're placing buy orders for the other components. Scholar runes currently save you 36 silver to craft, a little better, but still less than 10% savings.
