sic em

It is not supposed to reveal already invisible targets, using Sic'Em means you will focus one target so that it will be harder for him to run/stealth.If i were to change something, would be the name of the "Revealed" effect to something less misleading like "Tracking".

well it is silly, look at engi's lock on, it seems engis are better in tracking than ranger;)

Can't disagree with that, but they should not change sic' em to a low range area reveal skill as the sic em right now with its 2000 range is really useful in wvw to get those "hit and run" thieves.Maybe change the Signet of Hunt to pulse an AoE reveal effect together with the 6s of unblockable when activated.

Sic'Em is good in WvW only vs Core Thief and Daredevil. Vs Deadeye is useless. Engi and Necro are much better to reveal them than a Ranger.

Yep it should apply the debuff "Marked" instead.
