  unranked? probably Battle of Champion's Dusk, unlike Conquest maps, you dont see map selection dial for Stronghold since it is the only map

  there was a massive queue problem last month, people were stick on map selection dial, looks like it is mostly fixed, people still getting it occasionally

  you need to close the game for 30min+ to have the scheduled job on the server to kick you off to get rid off it
  it seems to only check if you are online or not, so you will be stuck there for hours til give up and log off to sleep
