Vladimir.6054 Posted October 31, 2019 Share Posted October 31, 2019 I go to submit a ticket for an issue I have in game.It asks me to sign in.I sign into my account and it automatically puts me on my account page.So I click the support page and it SIGNS ME OUT OF MY ACCOUNT.Rinse and repeat.You have some really bad website coding going onI CANT submit a ticket while signed in to my account and I need a refund for a gem purchase.
