Suggestions) Add suggestion UI button: Help or wiki

Many starting players have difficulty adjusting to the lack of information about the game early on.

The best way to solve this is with a wiki.

I suggest adding a wiki icon or help icon to the screen.

This icon only has the ability to link to the wiki website.

We had that icon long, long ago, before the NPE. Though, it was for the very limited 'hints' (as opposed to the much fleshed-out Level-up Tutorial).

I never found that very helpful. The hints only came up after you did the thing it told you about, so unless it was something you could do 'by accident' (like triggering a combo) it wasn't much help. And so many of them popped up in combat when I didn't have time to read it and didn't make much sense read later on out of context.

I much prefer the advice given on level up, which can tell you about things you might have no idea even exist, including the Wiki.

I'm not sure how much better a button in the menu would be. Elder Scrolls Online has this (with a built in knowledge base, not a link to a Wiki) and I don't know if new players don't see it or if it just doesn't answer their questions but I see just as many questions in chat, clueless players, people making common mistakes etc. in that game as in GW2.
