So even if you get your game to work your account may be instantly banned since those codes from those third party sites are usually bought with stolen credit cards. Always buy from Arenanet themselves or from official retailers they partner with. If you bought at g2g, g2g should be your point for support. If no support is given there, ask for a refund there.And opening many tickets with ArenaNet support will only delay things and annoy them. It will not help you to get results, but rather the opposite of that.Next time, just make one support ticket if you need ArenaNet support, be patient and update that ticket when you have additional information.You will need to wait for at least two weeks, and check your e-mail. if nothing happened, you can always kindly ask here what the status is of your ticket.
