Help, on a budget

Trying to make a weaver right now and can't afford celestial gear.

Using only purchased items from tp or with karma any suggestions for optimal gear set up on armor, weapons and accessories?

Want to make sure I have some healing power and decent vitality for sure.

If you have laurels or living world s3 and 4 you can either buy ascended celestial accessories for your character from the laurel vendor or purchase accessories with selectable stats from unbound/volatile magic vendors and select celestial.As for the equipment and weapons you can use berserker/marauder mix depending on the amount of hp you are comfortable with.

You should be sitting at 18k health (traited) and 400 ish healing power when attuned to water with the above setup.

What are you going to use the Weaver for? Fractales and Raids? PvP? Or just Open World stuff?

I recommend not going full Celestial unless you're really struggling.

Just having the Celestial Ascended trinkets from Laurels/Guild Commendations/Fractals/LS3/LS4 is enough to give you the survivability you need without losing much damage or healing, they combine well with 4-stat armors like Grieving or Marshal's.

Some of them are even on the TP, if you can't craft. Verdant Brink and WvW armor tracks have stat-selectable parts.

Or I guess it might be better to ask if you were trying for a Condition damage build or just a power build. Because power-Weavers are pretty popular actually. In which case, just go Berserkers.
