War Eternal: Dragonblood spear has gone missing and cannot replace

I'm on the Bleed part of the story. The special action key I received in Landfall (Deploy Seismic Tap) did not go away, and stayed there during all of Glory of Dragons. As it was still there after completing the Bleed step of With the Zephyrites, reforge the Dragonblood Spear, I logged out so I could get the proper special action.Now I have nothing for my special action key. I don't have Deploy Seismic Tap, and I also don't have the spear ability to progress the story. I tried to just kill branded normally, and that does nothing.I am unable to progress the story on this character. I have also logged a support ticket. This post is more to see if anyone else is having this problem.

If it comes down to it you can just restart that chapter of the story.

It randomly came on, when I was fighting one of the bosses after the Dragonfall meta finished. And then it stopped working. And then it randomly came on while doing an escort quest afterwards. But only at the second point in the escort, not the first, even though both points had branded. Weird.

The same thing just happened to me @ 3/25/2020. The Glory of Dragons spear vanished after 3 uses. It didn't even kill 1 branded let alone 10 before it vanished. I tried re-logging that didn't work. I restarted the chapter and that didn't work. I cannot get another one. I put in a ticket but no response. What am I suppose to do to finish this story?

I had a Bjora bug, that was similar, which was "solved" by running another character through the story. It's a PITA, but maybe that works for you, assuming you have a suitable character.
