Healer scourge underwater weapon?

Since no underwater weapons is listed in any guide, I am uncertain which of them that fits better. Spear or Trident?

It's literally a choice of condi vs power. That's it. You should have both equipped at all times anyway.

Pretty much this. Spear can help you close some distance and pull enemies while trident has a rather obscene amount of bleed so if you're running Plaguedoctors or Apothecary, you can do some decent damage.

Healing Scourge relies on Lifeforce to use transfusion/barrier. Spear is better for generating LF if i remember correctly.

Best option is to cycle through both weapons to keep up the damage/utility. But it's underwater combat so.... :/
