computer flat out shutting down

i had the same kind of problem on my msi gt73vr 6re titan laptop....especially in the noobie zones, the laptop would simply freeze, display all sorts of colours like every pixel a color and then shut down...no blue screen, just hard reset.

After a long time of debugging, browsing the web and trying stuff myself...ive come to the conclusion that as crazy as this sounds....it was the trackpad that caused the proble.

Yep...the trackpad. I went to msconfig, services and disabled SynTPEnhService and the problem was gone. GW 2 hasnt crashed since.
