I waiting for 3 day ago for this bounty event. per 1 day I tried to waiting for is 3-4 hour and for today is 2 hour for now. But the bounty poster of Legendary Ellutherius Wintergust still not appear.
I searching this bug key word in google and I saw it have every years...... That GREAT! WOW!
How should I do to complete Funerary armor achievement. or only one way is waiting for after have new patch update? OH GOD 
PS : Sorry my English not good maybe terrible.

maybe not, its just a thing that maany people are looking for. Esp for the achievements that are combined with it
That guy is bugged since PoF release. Don't expect a fix, ever.
Maybe I Should Abandon it....Hmm... Okay.
The only thing you can do is hope for a new map or perhaps reset. Then it might spawn.
