Harrier or Seraph gear for guardian?

Which one should I go? I plan focusing on Fractals and later on raids.

I'm not sure why you'd ever go Seraph, it has literally no use. If you're going for burn builds you'd want Marshal's.

So presuambly you're trying to max boons and take damage and healing together. That's a hard combination, and you're really only going to get that with Harrier's, but if you're willing to take either less Healing Power or Boon Duration you can use alot of other combinations, many of them with much higher damage than full Harrier's which is essentially Cleric's but with Toughness swapped out with Concentration.

You won't manage to be everything, even on FB, so pick your poison I guess.

Its a meta build, but its not a raid build. Its specifically designed as a hybrid between open-world and Fractals, and yes, conditions do okay in these situations, but you won't make it into a raid on a condition-only build running no Power.

The issue on Seraph gear comes from the Precision stat, which is often unneccessary. For example, the Guardian specifically can reach immense critical rates using one-handed weapons with Fury and Retaliation, not counting the presence of buffs like Spotter and Warrior banners in group settings, so that stat essentially becomes wasted in anything but open-world and dungeons and Fractals with PUGs.

As a general rule, you don't need Precision on anything but trinkets, which are already half your stats. If you want to pull full Concentration, then even a mix of Harrier's and Seraph's (giving Celestial-esque distribution) would be better.

You need to keep in mind what your stats look like with allies present, which is common even in open-world metas etc.

(In the skill editor select 25 stacks of Might, select Fury and Quickness boons, select Warrior offensive banners, and select all auras.)

And this was specifically chosing raw burning damage over the Guardian's critical increases..
