Orange essences of luck

Are the lucky envelopes, from the vendor or the trading post, the only ways to get those? I bought the eight from the vendor, and twenty more from the trading post, and didn't get any orange grade essences at all. How are we supposed to ever have enough to buy anything from the vendors?

Pardon my frustration. I'm not seeing the incentive to do the holiday activities.

Luck can be upgraded/converted from lower level luck consumables to higher at no cost (or loss of Luck). The orange Luck is simply the higest rank of Luck consumable (attainable this way, the Purple ones are higher but can't be crafted).

Its a goal for people who have maxed out 300% on their account bound luck already.

I had 1750 orange essences when I started this year after buying everything but transmutation charge from the weekly vendor. ( I by no means had alot since I seen people with characters full of stacks)I feed all but 250 of em to the quaggan ghost for about 3g45s for each stack instead of buying that overly expensive mini.

EditThis is the only time of year you can convert your luck into anything else if your maxed out aswell.
