From what I have seen the 5.5 (no mount) and 3.5 (on mount) are needed if I skip the adventures to get 5/6. But 5.5 without mount is easy with engineer (perma swiftness build and lots of superspeed and the rocket boots) and the 3.5 minutes is possible with the rented mount. Same balancing as with Wintersday where it was similar. (I think barely silver - which is the 3m 30s needed. Carefully using the jumps and making no mistakes - and it is possible.
