Character bugged to not load anymore

I was playing living world season 3 i was at the part to load bloodstone fen it has been an hour and my character was still not loading on the map and it was during the story instance. So i decided to restart guild wars 2 client and log back in on my character and now it just doesn't connect at all it stays on bloodstone fen loading for ever i waited 3 hours and it still wasn't connecting to the map. My character had 23% map completion now it's saying 0% on the main screen to pick a charracter so I feel like my character doesn't exist or something.

If someone could unstuck my character at Anet or something that be great this one is kinda my main so i dont really want to delete her

You can try the Command Line Argument, -prefreset.

Make sure to remove the argument after the character is unstuck, should it work.

I’m having the same issue. My character is stuck in loading for Bloodstone fen. It froze up in story mode so I can’t even select to go to any other waypoint. I’m stuck in load even on reboot.
