Core Ranger Power Survival VS Soulbeast - Sic 'Em Sniper, for ranked pvp

Hi all,

I want to try this profession in ranked pvp, someone can help me to understand the pro and cons of these 2 builds?I like to play mostly ranged, in your opinion what is the best for this kind of playstyle?

soulbeast offers more mobility through owl and sticks to targets through smokescale, both pretty huge pros - can also revive pet with mergecore has extreme, instant burst with pet swap into headtoss+gs 2, enhanced by marksman ship and stealth to 1 shot pretty much everyone

if you play mostly ranged, soulbeast would fit you most. Core is kinda more getting those close ranged interrupts

Soulbeast is ultimately better. You can run WS/BM on soulsbeast with sic em - or without sic em, it's still good.

Core with marksmanship over soulbeast is strong, but ultimately weaker pew pew and has less utility.

When you're feeling brave, MM/BM/SB is imo the build with the strongest carry potential, it's just way less forgiving than other variations.

I recommend WS/BM soulbeast with or without sic em until you get the ropes...

Unfortunately for you, to be successful requires good skill in melee with GS and petManagement, pew pewing isn't everything.

That being said, you can pew pew to success with any of the above builds and can even focus on going more pew pew, but if you can't back it up in melee range you will find it hard when pressured.
