Has anyone tested geyser resurrection on downed allies with lots of health?

Geyser resurrection heals a percentage of a players health on revival (7% with no healing mods) Does this mean that an ally with 50,000 health will be healed in downstate for 3,500 per tick and a player with 10,000 health will be healed for 700 per tick?

From my experience it seems geyser Rezes for a fixed amount, and changes based on healing mods but I’m curious if anyone has looked into that particular zone of the skills resurrection capacity

Downstates have 3x the players base health pool, and starts at 60%? 70%? One of those. Both the F action key geyser and the staff water 3 geyser will heal for a percentage of the downstates players health whilst ticking on a downstate on top of healing for its normal tick amount. This is affected by outgoing healing modifiers as well so with full buffs its possible to achieve ~13% revive percent per tick.
