Weaver’s Air Attunement Bug

So far it happened in WvW. I'm not sure of what's causing the bug, but this is how it happens. Let’s say I’m attuned to fire/air. If I decide to change it to air/fire, it gives me 4 Air skills. 1st, 2nd, 4th, and 5th skills of my weapons become air skills and 3rd keeps being the mix of air/fire.

This bug doesn’t happen every time you change from fire/air to air/fire, but it’s annoying when it does. It often makes me confused and distracted. It takes me a few seconds to understand what happened. Sometimes I think I’m fully attuned to air by mistake, sometimes I do attune to air again thinking it’s my secondary element, and the worse part is the fact that I lose fire skills 4 and 5 of my weapon.

I’m not sure if it’s related to the last Icebrood Saga patch, but it started happening after it. And if you didn't understand what I said, see the screenshot below. I was using Sword in the main hand and Focus off-hand.

This has been happening for at least a year. Happened to me in open world and raid instances plenty a time. Mounts seem to affect it, but it is possible to load in with a bar like that, completely unprovoked. It's very very common.
