Mystic Forge: Can't create Destroyer Heated Stone

According to the in-game description and wiki, the Destroyer Heated Stone requires the following:

• Heart of the Destroyer
• Heat Stone
• Bloodstone Bricks
• +5 Agony Infusion

However, I can't combine these in the Mystic Forge. Screenshots below.

As seen here, selecting one of the components greys out the bricks of bloodstone dust:

Are you sure you have a +5 Agony Infusion? Looks like 5 of some kind of Agony Infusion (+5 or +6).Have you tried other Mystic Forges? Tried putting the elements in in a different order?

Yeah they're +5, sorry for not making it clear in the screenshots.I indeed got 5 of them because I got confused by the text but they are definitely +5. :PAlso note that they're not greyed out. It won't take the bricks for some reason.

Oh and I forgot to mention that I also tried splitting the stack of +5 agony infusions into 1 and 4 and using the single one (because only one is needed). No difference.

Huh, I got the "Leave the map for a reward..." prompt (map getting empty) and when I did it then reused the Mystic Forge, it worked.

So yeah, was definitely a strange bug but at least it wasn't permanent.

The Mystic Forge always acts up like this. That's why trying other Mystic Forges (which maybe works because of the map change?) or different order of items is something to try.
