What power coeffecient mean for rangers and why its all getting set to 0.01?

It's only CC skills like dazes and stuns that get a .01 coefficient.

It's how much your power scales up the damage of the skill and its only on hard cc

So what changed in those hard CC skills that set to 0.01? They make less damage?

Yes, that means that CC skills do pretty much no damage now. (Which I think is overall a good thing, though a big change should be compensated elsewhere.)

Nah, you bag too much of the damage packet on a select few skills, and all you get is a wet noodle fight.

Not saying CC skills should stay as they were pre-patch, but dropping from hero to zero just kills diversity due to cancelling, chaining, all that good stuff. It kills creativity.

The game pace now is about right, you all will learn the burst you have and learn to use it properly. Ranger is fine, it didn't change much for the class.

Some bugs here and there but i hope they can fix it soon.
