Rich Quartz Crystal Formation still gives 10 when fully harvested (The one in Crystal Oasis). Shouldn't it be 13 now after the latest patch?

The resource nodes don’t give more. The gathering itself provides more, making it faster. Instead of getting 3 while mining, you now get 4 (2 with the final strike). But this was already active since the last patch.

In the case of mining picks it has been around for many months ... except when they release an unlimited pick and forget to implement the feature. This change is probably a permanent fix to that problem.
