Levikilla.3076 Posted March 4, 2020 Share Posted March 4, 2020 I have been testing speed runes and ever since the patch hit, i have noticed a big difference in speed. Currently the speed effect does not work out of combat and it barely works in combat. Before the patch you would notice a significant difference in speeds but now post patch it is barely noticeable and feels like it is not working.
