Remember Anet is in Washington State which is on stay home orders so they dont have a normal staffing situation at all. Just hang in there. Some people do have lags and some (like myself) don't. First of all, even if a GM was online, he wouldn't be able to snapp with his fingers to fix your issue. Also, putting all your title in CAPS is rude and childish.
